		<description>Got a recipe for ya to try.  I like to just throw stuff together and this is what I got the other night, and it was yummy!

Kristi&#039;s Stew
Ground Chicken 1 pkg
Tomato sauce 1 can (14.5 oz) may need more
Stewed tomatoes 1 can (14.5 oz)
White kidney beans 1 can (14.5 oz)
Frozen stir-fry veggies (pepper stir-fry) 1/2 bag
Frozen stir-fry veggies (sugar snap stir-fry) 1/2 bag
Crushed garlic 2 cloves
Dash of spices:
Oregano
Sweet basil
Herb garden seasoning blend
Minced onions

Cooked the ground chicken fully in a deep pan.  Then just tossed in other ingredients and cooked on medium heat for about 20 min.  Stir occasionally.
Give it a shot!</description>
