One Raspberry Cafe Mocha Latte- COMIN' RIGHT UP!!
So us caffeine-heads who’ve embarked on the Warp Speed Fat Loss these past couple weeks have been unable to drink coffee for the past ohhh ten days or so, unless of course we drink it black. Since black coffee is too acidic for my stomach, and just downright unappealing, this becomes a problem. This makes for caffeine headaches, irritability, and without creating an immense list or going into too much detail, in a nutshell, our families begging us to drink coffee again.
I needed to integrate coffee back into my life, and I needed it STAT!
Upon getting a tip from Deveney from Moo92 that she mixes her chocolate protein powder with coffee, I made my Chocolate Covered Raspberry Shake, and in place of the water from that recipe, I put a cup of brewed coffee into the mix (I omitted the spinach, though, and left the nuts, frozen berries[they give it a frozen drink type-feel, like it was blended with ice cream] and chocolate Prograde Meal Replacement) and a couple of ice cubes. After whisking it around for a couple of spins with my immersion blender, I ended up with a CAFFEINATED and AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, creamy, sweet and delicious coffee drink…
..with NO additives! NO sugar, no creamer, no milk, no artificial sweeteners. Just a supportive, warp speed-friendly coffee buzz. YAYYY!

It’s INCREDIBLE. You won’t be disapointed but TRUST ME you’ll wanna blend it, not just stir it into your coffee…blech. It’ll float on top or something.

I LOVE my job but getting up at 4am every morning – um not so much! So caffiene to me is A LIFE SAVER…literally as if I didn’t have it in the morning – Tod would kill me. Or is it the other way around?
I LOVE my caffiene but NOT the TASTE of the actual coffee. In order for me to ENJOY my cup, it pretty much has to taste nothing like coffee (weird, I know)…we’re talkin’ countless packets of sugar and enough cream to fill an entire cup! Okay, a little dramatic I know, but very close to the truth.
So I started mixing protein powder with black coffee…I usually use chocolate. It’s supportive AND THE BEST PART – IT TASTES GREAT! I get my CAFFIENE FIX and I’m still eating/drinking supportively. (You should see what I can do with protein powder and Kahlua!!! Just Joking…:) )
