Hey Nedah!! I know you asked for recipes specifically but how about introducing some exercise tips or specific exercises for target areas? I think you’re doing a great job with the recipes so far! You always make my tummy growl!!

  2. Jessica Hook says:

Love what your doing Nedah – you are an inspiration. Thanks for sharing your ideas!!

  3. Kristen Lavigne says:

I really like your site Nedah. We are not vegetarians, but we don’t eat too much meat in my household so I love that you have vegetarian options.

    Keep up the good work!

I am so happy Lean Kitchen seems to be ‘taking’ off for you… You deserve it! I appreciate the tips and always look for the easy things to do…

  5. Joyce L says:

Always looking for new ideas for quick & easy (but tasty & satisfying) for vegetarian options. Also – smoothies that do double time as a breakfast and/or lunch.

And especially love the ideas (ex pomegranates!) for using the lesser-known and exotic fruits and vegetables I’d otherwise hesitate to try.

  6. Hi Melanie! I would have to send you over to my friend Ben at http://www.vermontbootcamps.com as he’s the fitness professional. Trust me, you don’t want any advice from me!!! :)

First of all I just have to say Ieankitchen is amazing just the way it is, but I would love to see some of your supportive recipes with seafood (shrimp, lobster, and scallops). Also some more breakfast ideas would be great I’m running out of ideas for my kids in my kitchen. Your ideas are great when you want your family to eat supportive. We had the nuggets last night And the kids loved them. Keep up the great job your doing. Kristen

Nedah – You know I love your site!!!

I wouldn’t mind a few more ideas for snacks. I seem to end up eating a lot of cottage cheese with an apple, or peanut butter with an apple. But I try not to eat more than one apple a day.

As for dinners – you pretty much cover it. Love the soups and spaghetti squash recipes!

Oh, I did mean to ask you for a few more ideas/recipes for something sweet. I love my chocolate, but definitely want something supporting. So anything dessert-like would be awesome!

    Thanks!

    Nedah-
I come to your site to look for different, supportive recipes that my family will also enjoy. I love being able to cook one meal, that is really healthy (and they dont know it) that is the best, then I tell them after how good it was for them!! : ) Otherwise they probably wouldn’t eat it! I also love your “stories” that go along with the recipes, they crack me up!

I would love to see more supportive snacks that are low in calories…having a hard time finding snacks which taste good, that are supportive, but low in calories.

    Thanks!!

    SaraLee

Need more breakfast ideas, eggs are getting old! Also, need some good snack ideas for Daniel to take to school. Your doing great with all your effort!!! Keep the recipes coming!

  11. Paula Ducharme says:

I really like the variety of the choices on your site. I would like more snack options that travel well and do not have to be refrigerated.

The recipes are easy to make and you can actually find the items your recipes call for in the local stores. That’s a huge plus.

    Congrats on getting published.

  12. Colleen Kelley says:

Thank you for all the great recipes and tips. I normally use vanilla protein powder, so I could definitely use some tips for shakes and drinks using that. Thanks again for all you do!

  13. Cathy says:

The site is great. It would be helpful, especially those of us who are watching protein, carbs, etc., to have nutritional info. Keeping it to calories, protein, carbs, fat would be great. Also number of servings. Thanks Nedah!
