Grilled Peaches with Yogurt and Berries
This one is one that will make you look like such a gourmet! Similar to the Roasted Pears with Mascarpone, it’s perfect to score some major points with your friends!
First, either heat up your grill (or in my case, my grill pan-nice and hot!)-take a peach that’s cut in half and pitted, grill ’till there’s those pretty grill marks I love, and remove from the pan. Spoon some vanilla Chobani (or any other flavor you like; vanilla’s my favorite!), top with a few berries and mint, and take a look-sie at this:
Another perk to this pretty and tasty dessert (aside from, of course, the fact that it’s a complete, supportive meal)? SPEED!!! It took THREE (yes..THREE!) minutes for it to get from my produce drawer to my plate. Wow!!

what is marscapone and where do we get it or how do we make it?
Marscapone is a cheese with the consistency of butter, and tastes like a very muted, unsalted butter…you can eat it with sweet or savory things, and it compliments both. It’s awesome! I’ve always bought it at pretty much any grocery store, but you can find it in the cheese section (like the gourmet cheese section, with the fresh mozzarella’s and feta, goat cheese, etc.), in a thin tub. It’s usually under $4. Yum!!
