I’ll be the first to tell you that I am not a Doctor, nor am I a chef, a Nutritionist, a Dietician.
Repeat: I am none of these things.
I’m a mom, and a girl that’s lost a bunch of fat by implementing Ben’s Bootcamp and Supportive Nutrition into my life… I know a lot, but I don’t know everything, I don’t have any letters after my name, but I know what works for me (and many, many others). While I believe it makes me relatable, it also maybe gives an air that I am a specialist in something; I’d like to make it clear: I’m not. : )
I don’t know anything about gout, I don’t know much about the thyroid except that it has something to do with hormones, and where it’s located in the body. I can’t answer the questions about specific disorders or dysfunctions, all I can do is recommend talking to your doctor.
