White Wine Sangria
Yup, I’m doing it-
In “Spirit” (no pun intended) of Memorial Day, I’m posting a fun, delicious drink, full of fruit. Definitely not calling it a Supportive beverage in any way, but it bears sharing
Sangria is typically red wine and fruit and other stuff that varies from recipe to recipe. As you know, I can’t ever do anything food-wise by the book, so I used white...

Spinach Berry Blast
The other night, I had a hankering for the Chocolate Covered Raspberry Shake, but had no Chocolate Prograde Lean. I did have the Prograde Vanilla Protein Powder, though, so I put 1 scoop Prograde Protein, 1/4 c Frozen Blueberries, 1/4 Frozen Raspberries, 1/4 Frozen Spinach and 1/2 to 1 cup of cold water (more or less depending on desired thickness).
Blend, and ENJOY! I am 150% serious when I say,...

Prograde Pineapple Cooler
This is an AWESOME, refreshing tropical drink made super quick, and super simple!
I took 1 scoop Prograde Vanilla Protein Powder, 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple, 1 cup cold water, and a big handful of ice, and blended it. For an even more tropical twist, either sprinkle with unsweetened flake coconut, or add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to it.
Enjoy my little taste of tropical Heaven!

Elvis' Breakfast
This one comes at the inspiration of my friend Tod over at MOO92 who’d supplied me with the original concoction, I just cleaned it up and measured it out
Ok so let me tell you- when you make this, you’ll need to use the Black banana that you previously would have used to make banana bread, for the most intensely banana-ey flavor) ½ a ripe banana, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter...

leanKitchen.com-Published again!!
Wow.
Crazy. I’m humbled that, for 2 days in a row, my recipes have been featured on Prograde’s website. Unbelievably humbling, yet extremely exciting.
Remember the Prograde Pumpkin Pie recipe I put up? Well, I got an e-mail today from Prograde, where they said, “This may just be our best recipe EVER.”
Wow.
Take a look at the recipe publication!

In celebration of leanKitchen’s first-ever live read, I bring to you Milkshake’s Milkshake! And, who the heck is Milkshake?? Milkshake is the mascot for MOO92! And my friend Deveney over at the station just loves the combo of chocolate and peanut butter (let’s face it-who...

Prograde's Pumpkin Pie
Tonight I’m posting this recipe kinda in celebration, as I have been blessed with a fantastic opportunity with Prograde Nutrition; recipe development for their products. I couldn’t be more excited. Thanks for the opportunity, guys!
That being said, I had created a shake a while back, and have revisited it to be a more precise, delicious shake.
Put in a blender: 1/2 c canned pumpkin,...

H20 2.0
I don’t know about you, but previous to my supportive nutrition crusade, I was a minimal-to-none water drinker. My thoughts were I got plenty in my coffee. Yeah, yeah, I know. Could be worse, I suppose-it could be soda (I have never liked that)
But I just don’t LIKE water. It doesn’t taste good, and it’s so BORING! But when Ben suggested I drink 1/2 my body weight...

Minty Blackberry Tea
So I wrote earlier to tell you all about how I thought I was coming down with something, and I was right. I hate being sick!! I’ve been the whiniest baby all day, but I stayed home from work and rested, and I feel a smidge better.
Tonight, I made tea, and that really helped! Not from a tea bag, but right on my stove top. Hands down, one of the best cups of tea I’ve ever had.
First...
