Day 3 Progress

Reflection on yesterday: I went to bed hungry.  I don’t know why, but I simply cannot figure out how to space my food out better so I’m not hungry before bed.  I go all day until about 9 pm and then I start thinking about munching.  I am used to brownie batter before bed, or some curried chickpeas …but instead I eat all my food and insist upon staying up late and thinking about...

Quick note to the 28 day "3x-er's" on day 3

I was confused about part of the program, and thought I might send along a message in case others didn’t see this either… To the 3x- 28 day people: You’re supposed to go day 1, day 2, day 1, day 2, day 1, day 2, day 3. You only do the day 3 1 time per week, the low carb day is for Sunday, also the day you don’t work out. Hope this helps!

Day 1 Warp Speed (with Berries n' Cream)
